This is what triggers made a floating apartment known as the Citadel which was designed by Waterstudio. Citadel will become part of a new area called New Water, where the region will become a water city in the Netherlands there. Not only do these apartments will be above water but also use water to reduce heat inside the apartment (passive cooling). Citadel complex will consist of 60 apartments are also equipped with a dock for cruise ships.
