This modern house is situated in the Olympic Manor neighborhood in Seattle. This is the home in medieval times, was renovated to a modern aesthetic design combined with industrial materials. This house was recently renovated by adding a kitchen on the first floor, family room on the ground floor with master bedroom.

The house was designed for a family that includes three sons so that additional areas such as repairs and better access from top to bottom and back yard is better.
